Joy Week 2015: Challenge 4 - Practice Gratitude

It’s Thursday! Can you believe how close you are to the weekend? Hang in there everyone!!

Today’s challenge is a fun exercise in gratitude. And it’s not even Thanksgiving yet! For today’s challenge, we’re going cliché. I need you to post a good old fashion #tbt (Throwback Thursday).

Thank someone who shaped you to be who you are today. I want you to find a picture and publicize your gratitude. Let them know how appreciated they are. If you’re more of a private person, write them a letter. If you’re really missing them, pick up the phone. It doesn’t matter if the last time you talked to them was decades ago, if they are important to you, take the time to write them a letter, give them a call, or publicize your gratitude with a good old fashion #tbt on social media.

Don’t feel limited by this either. You can post as many as you’d like! You can spend an hour writing letters this morning. There is no shortage for the amount of joy you will find when you take a moment to appreciate the people you have in your life.
